主料:白萝卜3个
配料:小米辣15个、姜5片、白糖3勺、白醋6勺、清水
1、罐子洗净后晾干,把白萝卜和小米辣洗净备用

2、萝卜去皮切条,加盐用手抓匀,腌制两个小时

3、小米辣切开

4、锅里放水,大概500ml,把白糖倒进去,煮开后水晾凉,待变温后倒入白醋,

5、腌好的萝卜条用清水洗净,攥干水分

6、把萝卜条、姜、辣椒放进罐中,根据自己的口味决定要不要再放盐,倒入已经凉了的糖醋水

罐子一定要密封好,放在阴凉处,待一周后就可以吃了。

小贴士:
1、罐子在腌萝卜条之前一定要洗净晾干,如果有生水混进去,萝卜条容易烂。
2、去皮不要求,看个人喜欢。
3、第二次加盐看个人口味。
4、如果喜欢吃辣,可以多放一些辣椒,不喜欢就少放一些,但一定要放,那样味道才会好。
