介绍一款jQuery水平折叠插件liteAccordion

1项目中想要实现水平折叠效果的panel，但ExtJs只支持垂直Accordionlayout(http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.0/#!/api/Ext.layout.container.Accordion)。不支持水平折叠，所以我们只好求助于jQuery的这款插件来实现功能了

2在需要用的插件的地方添加dev标签

3控制器函数中初始化插件：
