上海人就喜欢把黄芽菜炒的软软的,烂乎乎的,被称为烂糊肉丝炒年糕,
冬天来上一碗热呼呼的黄芽菜炒年糕,吃完身体也一下子暖乎乎的,保饱也保暖。

材料:年糕6根,黄芽菜6瓣,肉丝100克
调料:料酒少许,生粉少许,盐适量,黑胡椒粉适量
做法:
1、年糕提前切片,浸泡过夜;
